Goodness knows we LOVE to eat! Here is a sublime recipe from our friends at Flavor God. We discovered Flavor God seasonings earlier this year and after doing some amazing culinary experimenting, we wondered where the good folks at Flavor God had been all our lives!
Chili-Rubbed Tilapia with Asparagus & Lemon
Tilapia, a relatively plentiful fish has the unfortunate reputation of being dull. All it needs is a spice rub, a familiar barbecuing technique that works just as well indoors. You could also use this rub on chicken breast or toss it with lightly oiled shrimp before cooking.
This salad is loaded with crisp romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, ovoline mozzarella, basil and fresh avocado tossed in a homemade balsamic reduction.
